Party of the first part,and
EFFIE I. CRITCHLOW, residing at 611 Bailey Avenue, Greenport, New York
Party of the eeeond part,
WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,by virtue of the power and authority given in and by said last
wRl and testament,and in consideration of one ($1.00)
dollars,
release unto the party of the noted part,the heipaid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and
forever, rs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part

ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate,
lying and being]MPRRI north of the village of Greenport, Town of Southold, County
of Suffolk and State of New York bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly line of Bailey Avenue, where the southerly
line of land of Malachi Gardiner and Fanny Gardiner intersects the westerly line
of Bailey Avenue; running thence westerly and along the southerly line of land of
Malachi Gardiner and Fanny Gardiner, a distance of One hundred fifty-Dight (158)
feet more or less to land of Lillian R. Brown; running thence southerly along
the easterly line of land of Lillian R. Brown and along land formerly of
Irving C. Webb, a distance of forty-eight (48) feet; running thence easterly
in a straight line to a point on the westerly line of Bailey Avenue, distance
fifty (50) feet in a southerly direction from the point or place of beginning;
running thence northerly along the westerly line of Bailey Avenue to the point
or place of beginning. Said plot being fifty (50) feet wide in front E forty-
eight (48) feet wide in rear E about one hundred fifty-eight (158) feet in depth.
Said property being the same property conveyed to WARREN H. CRITCHLOW
by a deed dlted the seventeenth day of May, 1939 from FRANK J. MCMeWN and
RUBERTA K. MCMANN and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk
on May 17th, 1939 in Liber 2040 at page 338.
