BEGINNING ata point on the northerly line of Sound Drive 26l.2l
feet westerly along said northerly line from Sound Avenue; from
said point of beginning running along said northerly line of Sound
Drive and along land of Austin Davison North 84 degrees 08 minute_s
30 seconds West a distance of 151.43 feet to land of the McCann
Estate; running thence along said land of the McCann Estate North
25 degrees 19 minutes 50 seconds West a distance of 500 feet to
the ordinary high water mark of Long Island Sound; running thence
easterly along said high water mark of Long Island Sound on a
tie line South 75 degrees 24 minutes 00 seconds East a distance
of 168.92 feet to a point .on the said ordinary high water mark
of Long Island Sound; running thence along land of Cruess. Barnes
and Bunyan South 25 degrees 19 minutes 50 seconds East a distance
of 470 feet to Sound Drive at the point or place of BEGINNING.
Subject to a 25 foot right of way running northerly from Sound
Drive a distance of 216.43 feet along the easterly line of the
premises hereinabove described.

eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the ~yment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
