York" which said map was filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on April 6, 1966
as Map No. 4605, said premises being more particularly bounded and described as
follows:
I BEGINNING at a point on the easterly line of Wiggins Lane as shown on said map
which point is 310.0 feet southerly along said easterly line of Wiggins Lane from the
southerly line of North Road; from said point of beginning running thence through
