York", made by Otto W. Van Tuyl under date of May 12, 1933 and filed
in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office as Map No. 1124.
Together with all of the right, title and interest of the sellers,
if any, of, in and to Kerwin Boulevard, adjoining said premises to the
center line thereof.
Being and intended to be a portion of the premises of which
Ursula Sledzieski died seized and possessed.
