FIEDLER, residing at 427 Seventh Street, Greenport, N.Y. 11944 party of the second part, WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable con- sideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby, grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever, ALL that certainplot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings' and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being bMK near the Village of Greenport, in the Town of Southold, County of SuffolkandState of New York, bounded and described as follows : BEGINNING at an iron pipe set on the westerly line of Beach Road at the northeasterly corner of land now or formerly of Oswald Meier and Katherine Meier; runninq thence along said westerly line of Beach Road South 4 degrees 21 minutes 20 seconds East 150.0 feet; thence on a line at right angles to said line of Beach Road South 85 degrees 3B minutes 40 seconds west 105 feet, more or less, to ordinary high water mark of Sterling Creek; thence along said high water mark of Sterling Creek, northerly and then westerly 70 feet, more or less , to said land of Meier: thence along said land of a 00 Meier North 49 degrees 37 minutes East 185 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning.
