Van Tuy1 & Son, licensed land surveyors, Greenport, N. Y., dated July 1, 1963, and filed in the office of the County of Suffolk, N. Y. on August 29, 1963, as Map No, 3503. TOGETHER with the right to use, in common with others, Lot #52, as shown on the filed map for the purpose of bathing and beach activity and the right to use, in common with others, the boat basin for the purpose of mooring and anchorage of pleasure boats therein. The party of the first part makes no representation that they will develop the boat basin or moorings beyond their present state. TOGETHER with an easement for ingress and egress over the streets shoran on said filed map to the nearest public road. SUBJECT to and together with benefits of Declarations of Covenants and Restrictions filed herein. L
