paid by the party of the second pan,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second pan forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parol of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon Enacted,situate,
lying and being kFASE at Greenport, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of
New York, known and designated as lots 39 and 40 on a certain map entitled,
"Map of Washington Heights, Greenport, New York", filed in the office of the
Clerk of Suffolk County December 29, 1927, as map number 651.
BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the party of the
first part by deed made by William H. Skrezec dated May 26, 1966, recorded
in said county clerk's office in liber 5966 of conveyances, page 197, on June 1,
1966.
SUBJECT to any state of facts an accurate survey might show, and to covenants,
restrictions, easements, agreements, and zoning regulations of record, if any.
