BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed by Eastern
Shores, Inc. to Joseph E. Nemeth and Leanne. M. Nemeth, his wife, the
grantors heroin, by deed dated November 10, 1965 and subject to the
covenants and restrictions therein contained. Joseph E. Nemeth and
Leanna M. Nemeth, his wife, the parties of the first part heroin, are
the same persons as the grantees in Dood recorded in Libor 5863 of
Deeds at page 140.
