being in The Town of Southhold, County of Suffolk, State of New York,
and bounded and described as follows :
BEGINNING at a stone monument set at the intersection of the southerly
side of Main Road with the westerly side of Ninth Street; running thence '
along the westerly side of Ninth Street South 12 degrees 12 minutes 10
seconds West 755. 57 feet to a railroad rail monument set in the northerly
boundary of land now or formerly_ of _the Long Island Railroad Company;

TOGETHER with the perpetual easements 10 feet in width to construct,
maintain, replace and use a sewer line pipe, described in a Deed of
even date from the Mortgagee to the Mortgagor.
TOGETHER with buildings and improvements hereon and the privileges and
appurtenances to the same belonging, and all of the rents, issues and
profits which may arise or be had therefrom, and all fixtures and
articles of personal property now or hereafter attached to or used in
and about the buildings now erected or hereafter to be erected and the
lands herein described for the purposes for which they were or are to be -
erected, including all goods and chattels and personal property, and all ,
renewals or replacements thereof or articles in substitution therefor,
whether or not the same are or shall be attached to said buildings in
any manner, including, but not limited to all heating, plumbing and
lighting fixtures, ranges, cooking apparatus, refrigerators and
appurtenances, and other goods and chattels and personal property, all
of which are and shall be deemed to be fixtures and an accession to, and ;
a part of, the realty as between the parties hereto, their successors
and assigns, and all persons claiming by, through or under them and
shall be deemed to be a portion of the security for the indebtedness
herein mentioned, and to be covered by this mortgage to the extent per-
mitted by law.
SUBJECT to the right of the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA to redeem within
one hundred twenty (120) days of the date of sale.
SUBJECT to covenants, restrictions and easements of record, building
restrictions and regulations contained in any town, village, county or
municipal resolutions or ordinances and amendments thereto, zoning
restrictions imposed by any authority having jurisdiction over the said
premises, and any state of facts an accurate survey may show.
TOGETHER with the sewerage, water and electric distribution systems and
their appurtenances.
