PARCEL ONE: All that certain lot, tract or parcel of land and

the County of Suffolk and State of New York,

i Twenty-five (25) feet in width as same is now laid out over lands
now or fomerly of Valentine Ruch, where the Southerly line of land
conveyed by Valentine Ruch and wife to Schilke intersects the
Easterly line of said private road, running thence in a Northeasterly
direction a distance of One Hundred and fifty (150) feet to the lands
of Valentine Ruch, running thence in a Southeaterly direction along
the lands of said Valentine Ruch, parallel with said private road a
distance of One Hundred (100) feet to the lands of Schmelzel; thence
Southwesterly and parallel to the first course a distance of One
Hundred and fifty 00) feet; thence in a Northwesterly direction
along the Easterly line of the aforementioned private road a dis-
tance of One Hundred (100) feet to the point or place of beginning.
TOGETHER with the buildings and improvements thereon and-the con-

feet in width as same is now laid out to the Main North Road and

now laid out running from the main North Road or Kings Highway to
waters of Long Island Sound and also together with a right of way

laid out;. running from said private road to Arahamomoque Creek said

by land of Cassidy.

PARTIES of the second part covenant that sewerage and wastewater✓ '

contaminate the potable water supply thereon and upon the adjoining
premises and shall be disposed of in such a manner as shall be
approved by the pdblic health authorities of the State of New York.
The foregoing covenants by the party of the second part are apart,
of the considerations for this Deed and.shall run with the land and
be binding upon the parties of the second part and upon their heirs
and assigns forever. - -
BEING and intended to the same premises conveyed by Valentine'
Ruch and wife to Lillian M. Healing by deed dated October 24th,19,3 1,
and recorded in the Suffolk County clerk's Office in liber 1620 or deed
at page 96 on December 3, 1931 ® 1 P.M.
PARCEL TWO: All that certain lot or parcel of land situated in the
Town of Southold, County off Suffolk and State of New York, bounded
and described as follows: -
BEGINNING at a pointo�.the easterly side of the 25 foot Private Road
and also on the Northerly line of the lot owned by Lillian M. Healing, `
running thence North 55° 15' West 37-1/2 feet along the easterly side
of the said road; thence North 34° 45' East 150 feet; thence approxi-
mately South 550 15' East 37-1/2 feet, thence South 34 45' West 150
feet to the point or place of beginning.
TOGETHER with all rights of way leading to Arshamomoque Bay and to
Long Island Sound.
SUBJECT, however, to all covenants and'restrictiona as in former deeds
