C Fordham by the State of New York by Letters Patent Dated May 18, 1934

Suffolk County Clerk's Office on June 11, 1934, and thereafter conveyed
- to the party of the first part herein by the said Inez Fordham, and
which part of said parcel of land now or formerly under water is more
particularly bounded and described as follows:
North by land conveyed by the party of the first part herein to
Norman W. Andrews, Jr.. and Evelyn E. Andrews by two deeds;
1. Dated September 10, 1949 and recorded September 14, 1949
in Liber 2992 of Conveyances, page 263, and
2. Dated October 7, 1949 arid-recorded October 19, 1949 in
Liber 3007 of Conveyances, page 193;
East b land now or formed of Clerks;

West by land now or formerly of Lawton;
South by the southerly limits of the land under water granted to
the said Inez Fordham by the above mentioned Patent.
TOGETIiER with all right,title and interest,if any,of the party of the first part in and to any struts and j
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lives thereof;TOGETHER with the appurtenanua
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to saidpreau"T;TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever,
I� AND the party of the first part,in compliance with Seedon 13 of the Lfen Law,hereby covenants that the party
! of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such coasid-
eratlon as a trust fund to he applied first for the purpose ofpaying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using say part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
