appurtenances thereunto belonging. Said lot being bounded and described as follows,
North by land now or late of E. E. D, Skinner, East by lot Number Fourteen (14) on
said map or survey, South by Bridge Street, West by lot Number Twelve on said map
or survey, Reference being had to said map or survey for courses and distances.
Also all that certain lot, piece or strip of land, situate, lying and being in
