BETWEEN WILLIAM L. BENJAMIN, residing at Greenport, Town of Southold,
Suffolk County, New York,
party of the first part,and JOSEPHINE BENJAMIN, residing at Greenport, Town of ISI
Southold, Suffolk County, New York,
party of the Second part,
WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of tui dollars paid by the party of the second
part,does hereby revise,release and quitclaim unto the party of the second part,the heirs or SucttsLon and
j assigns of the party of the Second pad forever, PARCEL I
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with ffig bud s and improvements thereon erected,situate,
lying and being in the Village of Greenport, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New
York, bounded and described as follows: - Northerly by land of the Village of
Greenport, easterly by Sixth Street, southerly by land now or formerly of
Mulhall, and westerly by the westerly corporation line of the Village of Greenport;
said premises being 50 feet front and rear and 18,5 feet in depth.

ALL that certain piece or parcel of land situate, lying and being near Greenport,
Town of Southold, Suffolk County,.New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly line of Main Road at the southwesterly
corner of land conveyed by Clifford Benjamin to Fred Hulse, and running thence
along said line of Main Road, South 77 degrees 53 minutes 30 seconds West 175.0
feet; thence along land now or formerly of James Jester, two courses as follows:
(1) North 1 degree 34 minutes 50 seconds West 125.0 feet; thence
(2) South 77 degrees 53 minutes 30 seconds West 50.0 feet; thence along other
land of the party of the second part herein North 1 degree 34 minutes 50 seconds
West 305.90 feet; thence along land of the Village of Greenport South 82 degrees
24 minutes 50 seconds East 225.18 feet; thence along land now or formerly of Fred
Hulse South 1 degree 24 minutes 20 seconds East 353.95 feet to the point or place of
beginning. Containing 1.857 acres.
BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed by Jessie E. McMann,
et al. to William L. Benjamin and.Josephine Benjamin by deed dated October 12,
s 1965 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on October 18, 1965 in
Liber 5842 of deeds at page 13.
