lying and being in the Village of Greenport,- Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New
York, bounded and described as follows: Northerly by land of the Village of
Greenport, easterly by Sixth Street, southerly by land now or formerly of Mulhall,
and westerly by the westerly corporation line of the Village of Greenport; said
pxefofses being fifty (50) feet front and rear and one hundred sixty-five (165)feet
in depth.
PARCEL II:
ALL that certain piece or parcel of land situate, lying and being near Greenport,
Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly line of Main Road, at the southwesterly
corner of land conveyed by Clifford Benjamin to Fred Hulse, and running thence
along said line of Main Road, S. 770 53' 30" W. - 175.0 feet; thence along land of
James Jester, two courses as follows:
(1)N.'10 34t 50" W. - 125.0 feet; thence
(2)S. 770 531 30" W. - 50.0 feet; thence along land of Josephine Benjamin,
N. 10 341 50" W. - 305.90 feet; thence along land of Village of Greenport, S. 820
241 50" E. - 225.18 feet; thence along land of Fred Hulse, S. 10 241 20" E. -
. 353.95 feet to the point of beginning. Containing 1,857 acres.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed by Jessie H.
McMann et al to the parties of the first part by deed dated October 12th, 1965
and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on October 18, 1965 in Liber
L 5842 at page 13.
