ork, and JANET SCHACKMAN, ARTHUR'LEVINE'and ESSIE LEVINE, individually
and as Executors of the last Will and Testament of SAMUEL LEVINE, deceased,
residing at 605 Roanoke Avenue, Riverhead, New York, 4nd 600 Front Street and `
433 Main Street, Greenport, New York, respectively, l
party of the first part, and PASQUALE CASSANO and MARIA CASSANO, his wife, both
residing at 144-36 - 225th Street, Laurelton, New York,

WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of ten dollars paid by the party of the second
part, does hereby remise, release andquitclaim unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and
assigns of the party of the second part"forever,

ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
8 lying and beingmtlftex near the Village of Greenport in the Town of Southold, Suffolk
County, New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on thenortherly line of Manhanset Avenue one hundred eighty
(180) feet in an easterly direction along said Avenue from the point where Manhanset
Avenue is intersected by the easterly line of a proposed public highway to be known
as Anglers Road,
RUNNING THENCE North 21 degrees 24 minutes 10 seconds East one hundred
(100) feet;
RUNNING THENCE North 84 degrees 50 minutes 50 seconds East thirty-five and
eighty one-hundredths (35. 80) feet to a private road known as Gull Pond Lane;
RUNNING THENCE along said Gull Pond Lane South 5 degrees 09 minutes 10 seconds
East one hundred twenty-nine and sixty-eight one-hundredths (129. 68) feet to the
northerly line of Manhanset Avenue;
RUNNING THENCE along the northerly line of Manhanset Avenue North 68 degrees
35 minutes 50 seconds West ninety (90) feet to the point or placeof BEGINNING.
This is a correction deed given solely for the purpose of correcting the de-
scription in a certain deed dated April 26, 1955, recorded May 21, 1955 in Liber
3890 C/p 109, wherein the point of beginning is erroneously recited starting on
the northerly line of Manhanset Avenue 180 feet easterly from the westerly line
of Anglers Road instead of 180 feet easterly from the easterly line of said road.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the apps
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND O
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part,in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, hereby covenants that the
of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such party

eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the t" of the same for
any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
