WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of

ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,

Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of Champlin Place, where
the same is intersected by the easterly line of land of Daniel Verity; running thence
in a general easterly direction along the northerly line of Champlin Place, ninety-
eight and one-half (98 1/2) feet; running thence in a general northerly direction
4t- and parallel to the westerly line of Sterling Place a distance of one hundred forty-
( } � eight and five-tenths (148. 5) feet to the southerly line of land of Carrie DeCamera;
!' running thence westerly along land last mentioned a distance of ninety and one-half
x (90 1/2) feet to the easterly line of band of Daniel Verity; running thence in a
general southerly direction along land last mentioned a distance of one hundred
forty-eight and five-tenths (148. 5) feet to the point or place of beginning.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed by Augusta
L. Macomber to Constance Helinski by deed dated October 4, 1945 and recorded
in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber 2430, cp 401.
LESS, HOWEVER, the following described parcel which was conveyed
by Constance Helinski to Edward Helinski and Clara Helinski, his wife, by deed
dated April 28, 1961 and recorded May 2, 1961 in Liber 4980, cp 362:
ALL that certain piece or parcel of land situate, lying and being near the Village of
Greenport in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded
and described as follows:
` BEGINNING at a point where marked by a monument on the northerly line
of Champlin Place where said highway is intersected by the present westerly line of
land of Edward and Clara Helinski; running thence along Said line to a monument set
at the northwesterly corner of land of Edward and Clara Helinski; running thence
southerly in a straight line to a point on the northerly line of Champlin Place
seventeen (171) feet in a westerly direction from the point or place of beginning;
running thence easterly along the northerly line of Champlin Place seventeen (171)
feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING premisms conveyed to sellers except Constance Helinski by deed
dated January 3, 1968 and recorded in Liber 6299 C/p 256. The said Constance
Helinski joins in this deed to correct description in deed recorded in said Liber
6299 C/p 256, which described premises as being on the south side of
Champlin Place instead of the northerly side of Champlin Place.
