THIS INDENTURE, made the 18th day of May nineteen hundred and seventy-two
BETWEEN HERBERT E. SCHMIM and MARIE SCHMIDT, his wife, both residing at
S27 Old Hills Lane, Greenlawn, New York,

WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,

of Southold, New York, dated May 12, 1933, filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's
Office as Map No. 1124, which said lot and part of lot vhen'taken together
are more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly line of My Shore Road formed by the
intersection of said westerly line and the line dividing Lots No. 95 and 96 as
shown on a certain map entitled, "Amended Map A, Peconic May Estates," which said
map was filed in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County, May 19, 1933, as Map
No. 1124, and from said point of beginning running thence in a westerly direction
along the southerly line of Lot No. 95 as shown on said map a distance of 125 feet;
running thence in a northerly direction along the westerly lines of Lots No. 95
and 94 as shown on said map a distance of 75 feet to a point; running thence on a
line parallel to the northerly line of said Lot No. 95 and at all•points e4ui- '
distant 25 feet therefrom 125 feet in an easterly direction to a point on the
t ( westerly line of Bay Shore. Road, running thence along the westerly line of
Bay Shore Road a distance of 75 feet in a southerly direction to the point or

The parties of the first part being the same persons who are named grantees

t= TOGETHER with all right, title and interest,if any, of the party of the first part of, is and to any streets and
m roads abutting the above-described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said ppremises; TO HA AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the hdrs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
e whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
a AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lim Law, covenants that the party of
the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the acme for
