filed in the office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk, New York, bounded
and described as follows:
Beginning at a stone monument set in the northerly boundary line of
other land of the party of the first part hereto where the same is intersected
by the westerly boundary line of land formerly of Henry Newell Young, and
running thence south and deflecting 630 121 40" to the west from the true
meridian along other land of the par;ty of the first part, 148. 27 feet; thence
north and deflecting 350 561 40" to the west from the true meridian still along
said other land of the party of the first part, 66 feet; thence south and deflecting
630 531 50" to the west from the true meridian, still along other land of the party
of the first part, 110. 80 feet to land now or formerly of Herbert L. Fordham;
thence north and deflecting 350 391 20" to the west from the true meridian along
land now or formerly of Herbert L. Fordham, 385. 86 feet; thence north and
deflecting 630 531 50" to the east from the true meridian, still along land now
or formerly of Herbert L. Fordham, 259. 70 feet to other land of the party
of the first part; thence south and deflecting 350 391 20" to 'the east from the
