scribed as follows:
COMMENCING at the Southeast corner of the land nor or formerly of
Cora M. Wiggins and running thence Westerly twelve (12) rods, eleven and
one-half (11 1/2) feet; thence northerly fifteen (15) rods; thence westerly eleven
(11) rods; thence southerly fifteen (15) rods to the highway, said line to be
distant forty-four (44) feet, six (6) inches from the northwest corner of the
Main house formerly of Herbert A. Youngs, now or formerly of Fred Syrett;
thence westerly fifteen (15) rods, five (5) feet; thence northerly about thirteen
(13) rods; thence westerly nineteen (19) rods; thence northerly twenty-eight
(28) rods; thence northeasterly four (4) rods; thence easterly forty (40) rodst;
thence southerly fO'nr (4) rods; thence easterly sixteen (16) rods; thence southerly
forty-two and one-half (42 1/2) rods to the point or place of beginning, be the
said distances more or less and bounded as follows, to wit: On the North,
partly by land formerly of Herbert L. Fordham and partly by the land formerly
of Henry N. Youngs; on the East partly by land formerly of Herbert L. Fordham,
. partly by land formerly of Herbert A. Youngs and partly by land formerly of

first part by deed dated April 16, 1919 and recorded in Liber 511 of Conveyances
at page 511 in the Office of the Suffolk County Clerk.
Together with that tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the

- the highway leading from Greenport to East Marion, and bounded and described
as follows:
On the North by other land of the party of the first part; on the South
by said highway; on the West by land of LILLIAN B. WIGGINS and on the
East by other land of the party of the first part.
BEING,and intended to be the premises devised to party of the first
part by Paragraph Third of the last Will and Testament of his mother, CORA
M. WIGGINS, deceased.
Excepting herefrom 1. 487 acres heretofore conveyed to Herbert L.
Fordham.
