running thence south 370 30' 00" west along land of Zieran, 80 feet; running thence
still along land of Zieran, north 52° 30' east, 131.85 feet; running thence along
land of Tillinghast Estate, south 24° 42' 57" east, 224.20 feet; running thence still
along said estate, south 500 54' 36" west, 440 feet to the easterly ordinary high
water mark of Arshamomaque Pond; running thence northerly as the pond winds and turns
and on a tie line bearing north 51 06' 30" west, a distance of 227.64 feet to a point;
running thence along land of j4agnusson the following three courses: 1) north 53° 44'
east, 197 feet; (2) north 4° 30' west, 38 feet; 3) north 370 30' west, 91 feet to the
aforesaid southerly of Bayview Avenue; running thence along said Bayview Avenue,
north 52° 30' east, 18 feet to the point or place of beginning.

by deed made by William T. Kind and Rose M. Kind, his wife, dated September 28, 1966,
and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's office November 4, 1966 in Liber 6064,
page 197.
