Northerly when measured along the Easterly side of Sound Road from a monument

RUNNING THENCE North 27 degrees 31 minutes 20 seconds West along the
Easterly side of Sound Road 50.0 feet to the land now or formerly of W. Sledjeski;
THENCE along said last mentioned land the following 2 courses and distances:
(1) North 62 degrees 28 minutes 40 seconds East 144.58 feet;
