THIS INDENTURE, made the 2nd day of November nineteen hundred and Seventy-one I
BETWEEN RALPH D. PAUL and ELIZABETH M. PAUL, his wife,
residing at 89-11 63rd Drive, Rego Park, New York,
r party of the first part,and ANGELO ANCONA and MARY ANNE OI DAY, as tenants in common,

residing at 57 Holmes Place, Lynbrook, Long Island, New York,
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
C, ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,

BEGINNING at a point in a line extending South 6 degrees 19 minutes
.20 seconds West, from the northeasterly corner of land now or formerly
of the Harry G. Steinmetz Estate, which point of beginning is distant
633.75, feet southerly from the said northwesterly corner of said land of
Steirhmetz; running thence South 6 degrees 19 minutes 20 seconds West, a
distance of 75 feet; thence North 83 degrees 40 minutes 40 seconds West,
125.0 feet to the easterly line of a private road known as Shore Drive;
running, thence along said easterly line of Shore Drive North 6 degrees
19 minutes 20 seconds East, 75.0 feet; running thence South 83 degrees
40 minutes 40 seconds East, 125.0 feet to the point or place og BEGINNING.
Being and intended to be lot No. 13 and the northerly one-half of
lot No. 14 on a certain map entitled, "Map of Greenwood Shores, Section 1",
which said map was filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on June 29,
1950 as Map No. 1759•
Being the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part ,-hiarein
y? by deed dated September 13th, 1968 made by Alice Hatfield and recorded in
the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk Colony in Liber 6507, page 542 of Deeds
on February 20, 1969.

T TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
CD roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of

pia the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
