at Greenport, Section III" filed in the Office of the Clerk of
the County of Suffolk on September 27, 1965 as Map No. 4475.
III TOGETHER with the use of the beach area as described in deed
made by H.J.S. Land and Development Corp. and J.M.S. Land &
Development Corp, to Eastern Shores, Inc., dated March 17, 1965
and recorded March 18, 1965 in Liber 5716 at page 16, and
to-gether with access thereto over Sound Drive, a private road 50
feet in width, from the westerly end of Sound Drive as shown on
"Map of Eastern Shores at Greenport, Section III".
