BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed by Sven Aanestad
to Sven Aanestad and Kristine Marie Aanestad, his wife, by deed
dated April 16, 1955 and recorded April 21, 1955 in the office of
the Clerk of the County of Suffolk in Liber 3872 at Page 356.
