This conveyance is subject to a mortgage held by Dime Savings Bank
(#164968) in the amount of .$18,000.00, now reduced to $ /7,073. 73
(Liber 4455 mp 337) (dated August 24, 1964) and the parties of the
second part hereby assume and agree to pay the unpaid balance of
principal of the aforesaid mortgage. The parties of the second part
have executed and acknowledged this instrument for the.sole purpose
of evidencing such assumption and agreement to pay said mortgage. j
The party of the second part agrees to hold and save harmless and
to indemnify the party of the first part from any and all liability
to the Dime Savings Bank in the event of a default by the party of
the second part or by any subsequent purchaser of the premises.
