taken together as one parcel are bounded and described as follows:

127.7 feet southerly from the corner formed by the intersection of
the southeasterly side of Shore Drive and the easterly s;de of
Shore Drive;

THENCE South 6 degrees 19 minutes 20 seconds West 75.0 feet;

The grantees herein, Emanuel Ayvas and Alice Ayvas, his wife, here-

agreement to assume and pay the existing mortgage on the premises
described herein which was made to Greenport Shores, Inc. by Walter
Bryan and Jennie Bryan, his wife, dated August 30, 1961 and thereafte;*I

roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof;TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises;TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second pad,the heirs or successors and assigns of
