fileti in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on the 7th day of March~
1962~ as Map No. 3519. Said portion of Lot No. 16 being generally bounded and
described as follows:
BEGINNING on the easterly line of GuI! Pond Lane where the northerly line of
Lot No. '16 intersects said Gull Pond Lane; from said point of beginning running
thence easterly along said northerly' line of Lot No. 16, 245 feet more or less to
the high water mark of Gull Pond as recently dredged; thence in a general southerly
direction along said high water line 101 feet more or less to the southerly line of
Lot No. 16; thence in a general westerly direction along said southerly line of
Lot No. 16, 279 feet more or less to the easterly line of Gull Pond Lane; thence

TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and

HOLD the premises herem granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
