Said portion of Lot No. 14 being generally i' bounded and described as follows: K BEGINNING on the easterly line of Gull Pond Lane where the same is inter- sected by the northerly line of Lot No. 14, from said point of beginning running thence easterly along said northerly line of Lot No. 14, 195 feet, more or less, to the high water mark of the canal: thence in a general southerly direction along said high water line 101 feet, more or less, to the southerly line of Lot No. 14; thence in a general westerly direction along said southerly line of Lot J; No. 14, 195 feet, more or less, to the easterly line of Gull Pond Lane 103. 60 u; II feet to the point or place of beginning.
