of utilities, in common with others, the center line of which is described as

same, from the northerly side of North Road; running thence South 59 degrees
47 minutes 20 seconds West, 134 feet and thence South 27 degrees 01 minute 40
seconds East, 355. 94 feet to the northerly side of North Road.
BEING, and intended to be the same premases conveyed to party of the first
part by deed dated August 26, 1967 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's
Office September 27, 1967 in Liber 6228 of Conveyances at page 218.
