on "Map of Eastern Shores at Greenport, Section 2" , filed in the
Suffolk County Clerk' s Office on August 10 , 1965 as Map No. 4426 .
b TOGETHER with the right to use the beach as described in deed made
by H.J. S. Land and Development Corporation and J.M.S. Land and
Q Development Corporation dated March 17, 1965 and recorded March 18,1965
in Liber 5716 at page 16 and the right of way thereto, which said
right of way is subject to the use of all other owners of lots on all
LJ "Eastern Shores at Greenport" sections heretofore or hereafter filed
in the Suffolk County Clerk ' s Office.

(V� BEING the same premises conveyed to the parties of the first part
�) herein by deed of H.J.S. Land and Development Corporation, a
corporation organized under and existing by virtue of the business
corporation law of the State of New York, dated December 14 , 1967
and recorded in Liber book 2684 , Page 583.
THIS conveyance is made conveying one-half of the interest presently
held by the parties of the first part, Paul Levenstien and Muriel E.
Levenstien, his wife, in said property to the said Sheldon M. Schneider
-+ and Judith B. Schneider, his wife. It being the intent of the parties
1J that as a result of this conveyance the parties of the first part,
C Paul Levenstien and Muriel E. Levenstien, his wife, will own one-
( quarter interest as tenants in common with the parties of the first
part, Sheldon M. Schneider and Judith B. Schneider, his wife, who as
a result of this conveyance own three-quarters interest as tenants
in common.
