TOGETHER with the right to use the beach as described in deed made
c by H.J. S. Land and Development Corporation and J.M.S. Land and
Development Corporation dated March 17, 1965 and recorded March 18,
ill 1965 in Liber 5716 at page 16 and the right of way thereto, which
I said right of way is subject to the use of all other owners of lots

corporation law of the State of New York, dated December 14, 1967

THIS conveyance is made conveying any and all interest held by the
parties of the first part, Paul Levenstien and Muriel E. Levenstien
