DEDICATION AND RELEASE OF LANDS FOR TOWN HIGHWAYS
In the Mattel of the Laying Out
of Certain Town Highways in the j

WHEREAS, application has been duly made to the
Town Superintendent of Highways of the Town of Southold, in k
Suffolk County, New York, for the laying out of certain town
highways described hereinafter;
NOW THEREFORE, H.J.S. LAND & DEVELOPMENT CORP. , a
corporation organized under and existing by virtue of the

Business Corporation Law of the State of New York, the owner rV
of the lands to be included within the said Town of Southold
rfor highway purposes, does hereby dedicate, release and
convey the lands as described as follows:
ALL those certain roads located near Greenport,
9� Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York,
known and designated as Inlet Pond Road, Green Hill Lane, i .
and Homestead Way as shown on Map of Section Five, Eastern I
i{ Shores at Greenport, filed in the Office of the Clerk of the
1County of Suffolk on December 31, 1968 as Map No. 5234. }

AND the said corporation by its Vice President,
ii Frank Sturm, certifies that the consideration paid to the i
li undersigned for this dedication and conveyance is the following,
to wit-

organized under and existing by virtue of the Business
