of Greenport and the southeasterly corner of land now or formerly of Stacia Mary

TOGETHER with an easement and right of way for the purpose of ingress

the land of Stacia Mary Rutkowski, immediately to the east, hounded and described

described, and running thence easterly, along the northerly side bf said Main
Road, a distance of 35 feet; running thence in a general northwesterly direction
a distance of 42 feet to a point on the easterly line of the above described
premises; running thence south 0°01130" east, along said easterly line, 30 feet
to the point or place of beginning.
BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed by the party
of the first part to the party of the second part by deed dated March 3, 1972,
recorded March 14, 1972, in the Suffolk County Clerk's office, liber 7122 of
conveyances, page 447. This is a correction deed given to correct the beginning
point, wherein the same was erroneously described as being, " 76. 74 feet
:Westerly. . . fCVni ilie southeast corner of iand of the Villa e of Greenport, .
said beginning point is, as recited in the description hereinabove contained,
" .the southwesterly corner of land. . . of the Village of Greenport.
It is also the intention of this conveyance to convey a fee simple
SUBJECT to the mortgage hereinafter mentioned,
absolute in the premises,/ and it is given pursuant to the power of sale granted
to the party of the first part by paragraph second of the last will and testament

SUBJECT, however, to a purchase money first mortgage dated March
1972, made by Lewis Raymond III, to Stacia Mary Rutkowski, the party
of the first part herein, which mortgage was recorded in Liber 6307
of Mortgages at page 24, and which mortgage was made in the original
amount of $23,000.00, which has now been reduced to $22, 106. 16 and
interest from Octcb.,q % 18�7% at the rate of seven and one-half (7 1/2%)
per centum per annum.
