as lots nos. 28 and 29 which, taken together, are bounded on the North by lotsiL
nos. 6 and 7 as laid down on said map, on the East by Eighth Street, on the South i

Said lots being each 50 feet in width front and rear, fronting on Wiggins Street and {

BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises m conveyed by Henry A. Reeves
to William Reinke by deed dated May 4, 1899, recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's i$
office in Liber 482 of deeds at page 474 on the 15th day of August, 1899, and the It"
same premises of which the said William Reinke, and Rhoda Reinke Vrooman,
died seized and possessed. }
Premises are also described as
Beginning at the intersection of the northerly line of Wiggins Street with the ,
westerly line of Eighth Stret from said point of beginning running along said F,
northerly line of Wiggins Street, N. 89°30'30" W. - 100 . 41 feet to land of Pultz;
thence along said land of Pultz, N 6°34100” E. - 124. 33 feet to land of Corwin;
thence along said land of Corwin, S. 89058'00" E. - 100. 60 feet to said westerly
line of Eighth Street; thence along said westerly line, S. 6°36140" W. - 125. 13 feet l`
