and described as follows:
BBSINNING at a point marked by a monument set on the easterly side of Camp
a Mineola Road (a private Right of Way sometimes known as Reeve Avenue). distant
450 feet southerly from the corner formed by the intersection of the southerly
line of a 50 foot private Right of Way' (sometimes known as Terry Path) and the
easterly side of said Camp Mineola Road. Said point of beginning also being

and the easterly side of Reeve Avenue;
RUVING THENCE north 87 degrees 27 minutes 00 seconds east along the southerly
