and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk under the
Map No. 851, which lot is bounded as follows : BEGINNING at the corner
formed by the intersection of the northerly side of Maple Street and
the westerly side of Sixth Avenue; running thence North 75 degrees
13 minutes 20 seconds West, along the northerly side of Maple Street,
+e£ 150 feet; thence North 14 degrees 46 minutes 40 seconds EAst, 50
cA feet; thence South 75 degrees 13 minutes 20 seconds East 150 feet to
(Wil the westerly side of Sixth Avenue; thence South 14 degrees 46 minutes

the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of
the first part by deed dated September 15, 1973, recorded September
19, 1973 in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber 7493 of Deeds
U. ¢ at page 170.
SUBJECT TO a mortgage made by the party of the first part to the
Farmers Home Administration, United States Department of Agriculture,
dated September 19, 1973, recorded September 19, 1973 in the Suffolk
County Clerk's Office, in the principal amount of $21,000.00.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
AND the part, of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Licn Law, covenants that the party of
the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paving the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read"parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
