BARBARA KAPLAN, DEBORAH KAPLAN, PHYLLIS KAPLAN, all residing at 26 Dawn
Drive, Smithtown, New York, 11787, each having a sixteen and two-thirds pet
cent interest, all the aforesaid grantees, as tenants in common

(3) N. 710 44' 30" E. - 90..19 feet to land of Kaplan; thence aloni
said land of Kaplan, two. courses:
(1) S. 340 34' 40" E. - 106'7.'74 feet; thence
(2 S. 330 22' 50" E. - 100.15 feet to land of Kavanaugh; thence
along said land of Kavanaugh, S. 560 37' 10". W. - 195.0 feet to said
easterly line of "Eaple Lane"-; thence along said easterly line of "I-iaple

Beginning at a point on the southerly line of Main Road on the
westerly line of a private road known as haple Lane", said point being th
northeasterly corner of the premises herein described; running thence alon
said westerly line of "Maple Lane", two courses:
(1) S. 420 00' E. - 280.68 feet; thence
(2) S. 310 30' E. - 110.20 feet to Lot 81, shown on "I'lap of Cleave
Point, Section III" filed in the Suffolk County Clerk' s office as hap
#4650; thence along Lots 81, 801- 79, 78 and 77, shown on said ma
S. 660 39' 50" W. - 505-35 feet to land now or formerly of Yuma Corp; then
along said land, N. 21 04 W. - 225.29 feet to land of Charles King; then
along said land of King, two courses:
(1.) N- .660 39' E50" E- --50.0 feet; thence
(2) N. 210 04' W. - 150.0 feet to said southerly line of Hain Road
thence along said southerly line, N. 66° 39' 50" E. - 335.0 feet to the
point of beginning.
Together with a right of way over said Maple Lane 50 feet
in width from the southeasterly corner of the premises northerly to
Main Road.
This deed is made to correct deed between the same parties as contained
herein, wherein the respective interests of the grantees was ambiguously
stated.
Said deed was made on the seventh Day of December, nineteen-hundred and
seventy-six, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County of
Suffolk, on the tenth day of December, nineteen-hundred and seventy-six,
in Liber 8156, page 1?1.
