more particularly bounded and described according to said map, as

W` BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of Gull Pond Lane distant
0 250 feet southerly from the corner formed by the intersection of the
v easterly side of Gull Pond Lane with the southerly side of North
Road, said point or place of beginning being also where the division
line between Lots 9 and 10 as shown on the aforesaid map intersects
the easterly side of Gull Pond Lane ;
THENCE north 66 degrees 01 minutes 20 seconds east along the divisio
line between Lots 9 and 10, 197 feet to the edge of the canal as
dredged;
!I THENCE along the edge of the canal as dredged a tie line course and
distance of south 22 degrees 15 minutes 30 seconds east 100.05 feet
to the division line between lots 10 and '11 as shown on the aforesai4 .

THENCE south 66 degrees 01 minutes 20 seconds west along said divisi m
line, 194 feet to the easterly side of Gull Pond Lane;

It is the intention of the Grantor herein to convey all of her right
title and interest that she now has or ever shall have in the above
described property in accordance with the provisions of R.S . 37:2-181
and R.S . 37:2-18.1.
