This Indenture, made the 16 day of January nineteen hundred and Seventy—Three
Between Philip F. Corso as Sheriff of the County of Suffolk in the State of New York, party of

as party of the second part:
Whereas, a certain Execution was issued out of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County,
on the 27 day of April 19 72, on a judgment entered in theSecond DistrioLtourt,
Suffolk County, in on action between Swezey Newins Inc . doing business as Swezey' t
Department Store asplointiff and Walter Tripp Jr. & Rose Tripp
as Defendants on the 7 day of March 19 72
in favor of Swezey Newins Inc. doing business as Swezey's Department Store
and against Falter Tripp Jr. & Rose Tripp
for the sum of Four hundred forty one and 48/100ths $441.,48 dollars,
as appears by the judgment roll filed in the office of the Clerk of the Second District
Court County of Suffolk which said judgment was docketed in the office of the Clerk of the
County of Suffolk on the 20 day of March 19 72 , and
Whereas, said execution was directed and delivered to the Sheriff of the County of Suffolk commanding
him to satisfy said judgment out of the real property, among other property, of the judgment debtor; and
Whereas, under the term of the execution, the interest of the judgment debtor in the premises hereinafter
conveyed and described was, per clause one below:
One: subject to the lien of said judgment when the execution was so delivered;
Two: duly levied upon by said Sheriff on the day of 19
as more than ten years had expired after the filing of said judgment-roll; and
Whereas, the said Sheriff, by virtue of and in obedience to the command of said execution duly sold
of public auction on the 9 day of January , nineteen hundred and Seventy—Threell the
estate, right, title and interest which on the 20 day of March , 19 72, or at any time
thereafter, the said judgment debtor had, of, in and to said premises having held the sale at
Riverhead in the said County of Suffolk , and
having first given public notice of the time and place of such sale, by advertising, serving and posting
the same according to law, of which sale the said premises were struck off to Grid Realty Corp.

They being
being the highest bidder and that being the highest sum bidden for the some.
Whereupon, the Sheriff of Suffolk County after receiving from the said purchaser the said sum of money
so bidden as aforesaid, gave to said Grid Realty Corp.
the proofs of publication, service and
posting of the notice of said sale as directed by the law be given.
Now This Indenture Witnesseth, That the said party of the first part, by virtue of the said Execution, and
in pursuance of the act in such case made and provided, and in consideration of the sum of money so
bidden as aforesaid, to him duly paid, Hath sold and by these presents Doth grant and convey unto the
said party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
all the estate, right, title and interest which the said defendants had on the 20 day of
March nineteen hundred and Seventy Two

that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings
c-� and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being at
CD "Greenport, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of
New York, known and designated as Lots No. 36 and 38 on a certain
map entitled, "Map of Greenport Driving Park, Greenport, New York",
^� and filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on December 1, 1909
as Map No. 369 and which lots when taken together are more partic-
ularly bounded and described as follows :
- iV BEGINNING- at the corner formed by the intersection of the Southerly
x side of Linnet Street with the Westerly side of Seventh Street, as
r- shown on the above mentioned map; running thence South 6 degrees
53 minutes 30 seconds West along the Westerly side of Seventh Street
I 90.12 feet to the division line between Lot No. 36 and Lot No. 34 as
shown on the above mentioned map; thence North 82 degrees 45 minutes
'• 30 seconds West along said last mentioned division line 100.00 feet
I � to the division line between Lot No. 36 and Lot No. 59 as shown on
a the above mentioned map; thence North 6- degrees 53 minute's 30 seconds
East along said last mentioned division line and along the division
line between Lot No. 38 and Lot No. 59 as shown on the above mentioned
map 90.10 feet to the Southerly side of Linnett Street; thence South
82 degrees 46 minutes 10 seconds East along the Southerly side of
Linnett Street 100.00 feet to the point or place of beginning. -
