Suffolk County Clerk as and by #1351 on the 6th day of February, 1942, being more

BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first
part by deed made by Ruth Overton Ship dated December 12, 1973, and recorded in the
Suffolk County Clerk's office in Liber 7677, page 489, July 18, 1974.
SUBJECT to any state of facts an accurate survey might show; covenants and restric-
tions contained in prior deeds of record, particularly Liber 2216 of deeds ate page 469,
easements, agreements, reservations, and zoning regulations of record, if any.
This is a correction deed given to correct an error in the date of the original deed by
and between the parties hereto wherein the date of the indenture was recited as
doh February 6, 1974, instead of February 6, 1975, the date the said deed was actually
executed, acknowledged, and delivered to the party of the second part. Said original
=_j deed of the parties hereto is recorded in said County Clerk's office, Liber 7794 of
II conveyances at page 140.
Je e Together with all right, title and interest, if any, of tha party of the first part in and to any streets and toads abutting
the above described premises to the center lines thereof; Together with the appurtenances and all the estate and
r rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises;To Have And To Hold the premises herein granted unto the
`""6q party of the second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the.party of the second part forever.
Peri And the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby the
said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever,except as aforesaid.
And the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the first
part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a trust
fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to the Pay-
ment
ayment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
The word "party"shall be construed as if it read"parties"whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
