ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and beings at Arshamomoque, near Greenport, in the Town of Southold,
County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southwesterl., line of Bayview Avenue
which marks the northwesterly corner of land of William J. Winselman and Alma
J. Winselman and running from said point of beginning North 460 41' 30" West
85 feet along the Southwesterly line of Bayview Avenue to a point, running thence
South 600 23' 20" West 186 feet , more or less, along land of Helmut Hass to the
ordinary high water mark of Arshamomoque Pond, running thence 80 feet, mdse
or less, in a southeasterly direction along the ordinary high water mark of Arsha-
momoque Pond to land of William J. Winselman and Alma J. Winselman and
running thence North 610 05' 50" East 185 feet, more or less, along said land of
William J. Winselman and Alma J. Winselman to a point on the southwesterly line
of Bayview Avenue, the point or place of BEGINNING.
The foregoing courses and distances are as shown on survey of Otto W.
VanTuyl & Son, licensed land surveyors, Greenport, New York, dated June 22,
1953.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest, if any, of the parties
of the first part in and to Bayview Avenue, a public street, adjoining said premises.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest, if any, of the partieF
of the first part in and to land lying below the ordinary high water mark of Arslia-
momoque Pond, adjoining said premises.
BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to seller by
Deed dated May 1, 1958, and recorded May 2, 1958, in Liber 4455 C J'p 247 in
Suffolk County Clerk's Office.

being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded
and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southwesterly side of Bayview Avenue
where the same is intersected by the northeast corner of the herein described
premises and the northwest corner of land now or formerly of J. F. Gaston;
Running thence from said point or place of beginning along land now
or formerly of J. F. Gaston South 610 05' 50" West 183.0 feet to the ordinary
high water mark of Arshamomoque Pond;
Thence along the ordinary high water mark of Arshamomoque Pond
along a tie line North 490 23' West 83. 93 feet to land now or formerly of F. Sturm;
Thence along said last mentioned land North 600 23' 20" East
186. 42 feet to the southwesterly side of Bayview Avenue; and {
Thence along the southwesterly side of Bayview Avenue South 460
41' 30" East 85. 0 feet to land now or formerly of J. F. Gaston at the point or
place of BEGINNING.
