by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or

BEGINNING at a point on the southerly line of Main Road (Route 25) at the
northwesterly corner of land now or formerly of H. and F. Reese; thence along
the westerly line of said land South 13 degrees 15 minutes 00 seconds East 633. 00
feet to high water line of Southold Bay; thence along a tie line having a bearing of
South 76 degrees 45 minutes 00 seconds West a distance of_170. 00 feet; thence
along another tie line having a bearing of South 62 degrees 49 minutes 20 seconds
West a distance of 86. 28 feet to a point in the Inlet Channel; thence thru the
Inlet Channel North 11 degrees 26 minutes 30 seconds West 284. 00 feet to the
easterly line of a 20 foot right of way; thence along said right of way, North
1 degree 20 minutes 30 seconds West 392. 00 feet to the southerly line of Main
Road (Route 25); thence along same the following two courses and distances:
(1) South 89 degrees 52 minutes 00 seconds East 98. 42 feet and
(2) North 69 degrees 07 minutes 20 seconds East 68. 75 feet to the point or
Place of beginning.
TOGETHER with a right of way over a right of way twenty (20) feet in width
running along part of the westerly boundary of premises above described to a
point where the right of way runs into the Boat Basin or Inlet Channel.
BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to Karol Sledjeski,
the party of the first part herein, by Amelia Sledjeski and others by deed dated
January 31, 1951 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on February 1,
1951 in Liber 3180 of deeds at page 414 and the same premises conveyed to
Peter Sledjeski, now deceased, and Carol Sledjeski, the party of the first part
herein, by Louis N. Sanford and Charles L. Sanford by deed dated May 17,
1938 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on June 8, 1938 in Liber
A 1987 of deeds at page 160, and by deed dated May 13, 1938 from Charles L.
s Sanford to Peter B. Sledjeski, now deceased, and Carol P. Sledjeski, the party of
the first part herein, as joint tenants which deed is recorded in the Suffolk County
Clerk's Office on May 17, 1938 in Liber 1981 of deeds at page 586.
