THENCE RUNNING North 17 degrees 37 minutes 50 seconds West 424 . 09 feet to Long Island Sound; V THENCE RUNNING North 60 degrees 35 minutes 00 seconds East along the I Long Island Sound 75 feet to the division line between Lots 11 and 12 as shown on the aforesaid map; THENCE RUNNING South 16 degrees 18 minutes 50 seconds East along said division line 446.79 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
