recorded 8/5/55 in Liber 3943 cp. 302.
SUBJECT TO a purchase money mortgage in the total sum of $50,000.00
and interest which mortgage was executed and delivered by the party of
the second part to the party of the first part as security for a portio
of the purchase price and which mortgage is intended to be recorded .
