WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs

appears on a certain map entitled "Map of Peconic is
Estates" which

Greenport, New York, and is on file in the office of the Clerk of
the County of Suffolk, State of New York, said premises also being
designated as Lot No. 76 as shown on "Amended Map A of Peconic Bay
Estates" situated at Arshamomoque, Town of Southold, New York, made
by Otto W. Van Tuyl dated May 12th, 1933 and filed in the Suffolk
p�3 County Clerk' s office on May 19, 1933 as Map No. 1124 .
BEING AND INTENDED to be the same premises conveyed by Arthur B.
Crisfield to Harold E. Anderson and Appollonia Adele Braun, his
sister, by deed dated July 2 , 1957 and recorded in the Suffolk County
Clerk' s office on July 8, 1957 in Liber 4325 of Deeds at page 185. (
SUBJECT to covenants and restrictions contained in deed recorded
in Liber 1448 of Deeds at page 177.
SAID premises being and intended to be the same premises surveyed
by Otto W. Van Tuyl & Son, Licensed Land Surveyors, by survey dated

eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
