WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of

by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
PARCEL I: ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being ift ga between the Villages of Greenport and Southold, in the
Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York and bounded
and described as follows :
BEGINNING at a point on the North side of the Old Kings Highway or
North Road where the easterly line of other land of the party of the
first part intersects the northerly line of said Highway;
running thence westerly along the northerly side of said highway,
fifty feet;
thence northerly parallel to the aforesaid easterly line of said
other land of the party of the first part, about 300 feet to the
highwater mark of Long Island Sound;
thence easterly along said highwater mark to the said easterly
line of other land of the party of the first part;
a thence southerly along the easterly line of said party of the
first part about 250 feet to the point or place of beginning and
�( passing through a merestone set near the top of the bank. Said
parcel being bounded on the North by Long Island Sound; East by other
land of the party of the first part; Southerly by the North Road or
the Old Kings Highway, and Westerly by land of one Francisco.
TOGETHER with an equal right, title and interest of the party of
the first part of, in and to the land under the waters of Long Island
Sound on the North of said parcel of land hereinabove described..
The party of the first part as used herein refers to the party of the
first part in the deed recited below.
h BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises in deed made by Harriette
M. Arnott to David E. Driscoll and Elizabeth F. Driscoll, his wife
dated August 24, 1946 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk ' s
Office on August 26, 1946 in Liber 2613 at page 306.
PARCEL, IIs ALL that certain piece or parcel of land at Arshamomaque, in the Town
of Southold, Suffolk County, New York and bounded as follows :
Bounded on the North by the Long Island Sound, on the East by land
of the parties of the second part, on the South by the Mair. North Road,
formerly known as Old Kings Highway, and Westerly by other lands of
the parties of the second part.

Office on February 18, 1954 in Liber 3653 at page 429.
The said two parcels described above are contiguous , and when taken
