Greenport Harbor, which said right of way shall be subject to the
following: ( 1) The installation and maintenance of all utility ser-
vices. (2) The use of said right of way shall be in common with other
owners abutting thereon. (3) The easterly terminus of said right of
way, which is an area fronting on Greenport Harbor about 50 feet and
65 feet in depth, shall be used for recreational purposes only in coumtc
with the other owners and shall not be used for storage of any objects,
