LITSCH, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration paid by JOHN E. LaFRENIRE, does hereby grant and release unto JOHN E. LaFRENIERE, his heirs, successors and b assigns forever, the following real estate: ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and sc improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being at Arshamomoque J �.n the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, a founded and described as follows: 54 BEGINNING at a monument set in the Northerly side of Middle Road (C.R.27) , where the division line between the land herein described and land now or formerly of L. S. Broughton intersects the Northerly side of Middle 3 q Road (C.R.27) ; � RUNNING THENCE South 76 degrees 29 minutes 50 seconds West along the Northerly side of Middle Road (C .R.27) , 50 feet to a monument and land Q now or formerly of Driscoll; THENCE North 14 degrees 11 minutes 40 seconds West along said last V mentioned, and passing through a monument, 192 feet to the ordinary al A high water mark of Long Island Sound; � THENCE along the ordinary high water mark of Long Island Sound the following tie line course and distance: (1) South 83 degrees 47 minutes 20 seconds East, 53. 35 feet to land now or formerly of L. S. Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed to RENE E. LITSCH by deed from Elizabeth F. Driscoll , dated January 4 , 1968 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk' s office in Liber 6293 , Page 105 . TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of RENE E . LITSCH in and to any streets and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of RENE E. LITSCH in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto JOHN E. LaFRENIERE, his heirs or successors and assigns forever. AND RENE E. LITSCH covenants that she has not done or suffered anything whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid. p AND RENE E.
