being in the Town of Southold, at Greenport, County of Suffolk
and State of New York, map known as "Plan of Property at Greenport,
known as Greenport Driving Park" and filed December 1, 1909 as Map
Number 369 as and by part of lot 42 and all of 43 and 44 which
lots when taken together are bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at the corner formed by the intersection' of the south-
erly side of Linnet Street and the Easterly side of Seventh
Street; RUNNING THENCE along the southerly side of Linnet Street
South 820 461 10" East 100. 33 feet; THENCE South 60 56 ' 50" West
125. 20 feet; THENCE North 830 26 ' 20" West 100. 21 feet to the
easterly side of Seventh Street; THENCE along the easterly side

TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest, if any, of the
mortgagork of, in and to the land lying in the street in front
of and adjoining said premises to the center line thereof.
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of
the Mortgagor in and to said premises and together with all
fixtures and articles of personal property attached to or used in
connection with said premises, or which may hereafter be attached
to or used in connection with said premises, all of which are
covered by this mortgage.
TOGETHER also with any and all awards heretofore made and here-
after to be made to the present and all subsequent owners of said
premises, including any award and awards for change of grade of
any street affecting said premises, which said award and awards
are hereby assignee to 'Lite rmortgagcc, ::ho Is hereby authorized
and empowered to collect and receive such award and awards and
to give proper receipts and acquittances therefor and to apply
the same toward the payment of the amount owing on this mortgage,
notwithstanding the fact that the amount owing on this mortgage
may not then be due and payable; and the Mortgagor for himself,
his heirs and all subsequent owners of said premises, covenants
and agrees with the Mortgagee, its successors and assigns, upon
request by the holder of this mortgage to make, execute and
deliver any and all assignments and other instruments sufficient
for the purpose of assigning said award and awards to the holder
of this mortgage, free, clear and discharged of any incumbrances
of any king or nature whatsoever.
