Brown, formerly of Wallace H. Gibson and Martha Gibson, his wife; running thence North 70 degrees 00 minutes East along said land of Brown, 150.0 feet; thence southerly parallel to the easterly side of said private road, 75.0 feet; thence westerly along land now or formerly G 4 of Pitman, 150.0 feet to the easterly side of said private road; and thence northerly along the easterly side of said private road, 75.0 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING. TOGETHER with a right of way over said private road leading from the southwesterly corner of the premises above described northerly `J\ to the North Road; and also Southerly to the right of way herein- after described.
